Refund policy

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with WhisperStorm. If something isn’t right, we accept returns, exchanges, and refunds under the conditions below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is approved, you will have 10 additional days to ship the item back.

Items not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned:
• Damaged (but not defective) items
• Used or dirty items
• Altered items
• Sale items
• Items not in original packaging

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email hello@whisperstorm.art with the following information:
• Your order number
• Item details
• Reason for the return

Please also attach a photo of the product.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the return address and further instructions.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen during return transit.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

If you requested an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once the return has been processed.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, we will replace it free of charge, subject to availability.

If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.

Returning the defective item is not required, unless you prefer to send it back.

Order Cancellations

If your order is successfully canceled, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
